A Career Anchored in Ambition, Purpose, and Growth

Throughout my career, ambition has been a powerful and positive force — a way to create meaningful impact, build high-performing teams, and drive personal growth. Over nearly two decades across finance, commercial leadership, and telecoms, I have led large-scale transformations, scaled businesses such as BT OnePhone, and shaped strategic growth across BT’s B2B division. For me, a fulfilling career has never been solely about professional achievement; it has been a core part of my personal wellbeing, offering purpose, momentum, and a platform to grow as a leader and individual.

Recognising the Cost of an Unbalanced Path

However, like many senior leaders, there were times when the pursuit of success came at a personal cost. Intense demands, long hours, and the pressure to deliver began to erode my energy and overall wellbeing. I came to understand that sustained success is not simply about working harder — it is about protecting the foundation that allows us to lead effectively: our health, resilience, and sense of self. Without that balance, even the highest achievements can feel hollow.

Building Sustainable Success Through Wellbeing

Rebalancing my approach to work and wellbeing proved transformative — personally and professionally. By prioritising health alongside ambition, I achieved greater clarity, resilience, and impact. In 2022, I was honoured to be named Telecoms Businesswoman of the Year, and in 2023, I successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro — milestones that symbolised not just achievement, but alignment between personal wellbeing and professional performance.

​Today, I bring my experience into a new chapter as an accredited coach and health and wellbeing coach in training. I support leaders and busy professionals to achieve sustainable success — helping them balance high performance with personal wellbeing. Through evidence-based coaching and real-world leadership insight, I help clients build resilience, sharpen their focus, and thrive — because when wellbeing is a priority, success becomes truly sustainable.

Movement as a Daily Investment

Strength training, cardio, yoga, or even a walk — it all counts. I always start my day with some form of movement, and it’s one of the most important investments I make in myself. Morning workouts give me the energy, focus, and resilience I need to show up fully — whether that's leading, coaching, or simply managing the ups and downs of a busy day.

Starting the day this way isn't just about fitness; it’s about setting a positive, intentional tone that carries through everything else I do.
